{"id":11692,"date":"2018-03-09T17:41:25","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T15:41:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.obrallar.com\/?post_type=project&#038;p=11692"},"modified":"2018-05-21T12:28:23","modified_gmt":"2018-05-21T10:28:23","slug":"oficinas-centrales-deporvillage","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.obrallar.com\/es\/projecte\/oficinas-centrales-deporvillage\/","title":{"rendered":"OFICINAS CENTRALES DEPORVILLAGE"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><p>Proyecto de realizaci\u00f3n de las oficinas de la tienda de deportes online Deporvillage realizadas en el edificio Impulso del Parque Tecnol\u00f3gico de Manresa.<\/p>\n<p>El espacio era una nave vac\u00eda con techos muy altos y paredes de bloques de hormig\u00f3n, nuestro gran reto era solucionar el problema de reverberaci\u00f3n y hacer unas oficinas acogedoras.<\/p>\n<p>Los espacios se dividieron en una sala central y dos salas de reuniones haciendo las divisiones con mamparas de vidrio.<\/p>\n<p>En el techo se colocaron placas de aislamiento termo ac\u00fasticas Celenit solucionando as\u00ed la reverberaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La iluminaci\u00f3n era muy importante por un espacio tanto grande por eso se realiz\u00f3 un estudio lum\u00ednico. Con el estudio conseguimos encontrar la iluminaci\u00f3n id\u00f3nea para la actividad que se iba a desarrollar.<\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar, el pavimento se revisti\u00f3 de parquet modelo Titanium de Finsa con un aislante al impacto y humedad eva-flex l\u00e1mina.<\/p>\n<p>Resultado final, oficinas acogedoras y funcionales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proyecto de realizaci\u00f3n de las oficinas de la tienda de deportes online Deporvillage realizadas en el edificio Impulso del Parque Tecnol\u00f3gico de Manresa.
